Bega Extra Tasty
Bega Extra Tasty is a tastier full flavoured cheddar cheese which has been matured for 9 months for an enhanced flavour, while keeping the smooth texture you expect of any Bega Cheese. Perfect for those who love a bit of extra bite, Bega Extra Tasty is a delicious addition to any cheese platter. (This product is only available for export & at the Heritage Centre).
Bega Strong & Bitey
Bega Strong and Bitey is a vintage cheddar cheese with a rich, sharp full bodied flavour, synonymous with Bega. Bega Strong & Bitey is matured for 9-18 months to become a richer flavoured cheddar cheese. Ideal on a cheese platter served with fruit and a good wine as well as on the traditional “cheese toasty” for those who love a bit of extra bite. Available in block, slices & portions
Matured for 18 months to 2 years, this sharp flavoured cheese is one of our favourites. Heritage Reserve exhibits the characteristics of an aged cheese – a stronger flavour, crumblier texture and often the presence of calcium lactate crystals. This cheese is best served at room temperature on a cheese board alongside some fruit paste or fresh fruit. Heritage Reserve is available only at the Heritage Centre.

Country Light 50%
Bega Country Light 50% is a mellow, mild and subtle flavoured 50% reduced fat cheddar cheese that still delivers a high quality taste. Bega Country Light 50% is aged for 6-9 months to deliver a consistent high quality cheddar cheese that contains less fat than Bega Tasty Cheese.

Country Light Vintage 25%
Bega Country Light Vintage 25% is a semi hard cheese with a rich, sharp full bodied cheddar taste. It is a high quality cheddar cheese that contains less fat than Bega Strong & Bitey cheese.

Bega Original Stringers are 100% natural cheese sticks that can be peeled into strings of cheese. Bega Original Stringers are the ideal take anywhere snack and are individually wrapped for freshness. Made from Bega’s special blend of mozzarella cheese, Original Stringers contain 16% of a child’s daily calcium requirements. Stringers also contain 37% less fat than regular cheddar cheese. Perfect as an after school snack or in their lunch boxes, kids can peel them apart and melt them onto a fun kids style pizza, in a soup or on toast.
